Rules Regulating Cochin International Short Film Festival Awards 2023
- Total Film Duration must be less than 30 minutes in length, including front and back credits. No minimum running time limitation. The short film can be in any language or any genre.
- Applicant can send the Film via the Registration From available in our website www.csfa.in.
- Short film should be Completed between 1st January 2020 and 30th may 2023.
- Entry Submission period: 9th June to 31st July 2023
- The Type of Short film can be Musical Album (with Story), Documentary, Experimental, Narrative, Fiction, Non-fiction or Animation.
- Censor Certificate is not mandatory for the film screening.
- Multiple entries can be submitted.
- Film Festival is not responsible for late or misappropriated entries. Entry Forms with incorrect / incomplete particulars will not be considered.
- The festival committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- Film submitted during Registration will be considered as final and no changes will be entertained after submission. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit film without any quality defects.
